Jaguar will make the city car

Jaguar seems to be producing a city car, considering the growth of the city car market share is growing rapidly.

Jaguar car as luxury car manufacturers seems to be interested in producing the city car it's coming from Ian Callum, the boss of Jaguar design who attended the opening of the LA Auto Show last week.

Jaguar was seriously thinking about the plan to produce a city car such as Aston Martin Cygnet, Toyota iQ or a Smart Fortwo in the market but still with the luxury car concept on city car, said Ian Callum.

According to Adam, the product of this city car will be a small car for the upper class that is used for around town.

The world trend to reduce the space for big engine's cars are wasteful to get into the environment with a large tax. Strict emission regulation also makes the car trends the world is getting bigger.

The biggest challenge is creating something that is economical and prepare a proper business scheme. Making a small car that feels comfortable like a Jaguar is also very difficult, including providing high luxury and comfort," added Ian.

With these considerations, then an alternative Jaguar, in addition to creating a Jaguar city car market share also fill a small hatchback or sedan. -- Jakarta News Today
